Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Education Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the education department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational programs and services, and promoting a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of educational programs and services
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop curriculum and instructional materials
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Coordinate and schedule classes, workshops, and educational events
• Manage the budget for the education department and ensure resources are allocated effectively
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support educational initiatives
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of education department staff
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards in the education sector
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in education to inform decision-making and program development
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students and staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution
• Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
