Job Title: Surveillance Operator

Position Summary: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Surveillance Operator to join our team. As a Surveillance Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing video and audio surveillance footage to ensure the safety and security of our organization. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live video and audio feeds from various surveillance cameras and systems.
• Analyze surveillance footage for any suspicious or unauthorized activity.
• Report any security breaches, safety hazards, or suspicious behavior to the appropriate authorities.
• Maintain accurate records of all surveillance activities and incidents.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Operate and maintain surveillance equipment, including cameras, recorders, and monitors.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly.
• Stay updated on the latest security protocols and procedures.
• Provide support to law enforcement and other emergency services when needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a surveillance or security role.
• Strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
• Proficient in operating surveillance equipment and software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.

Working Conditions:
