Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team at FactoryCraft Machine. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machines and a strong understanding of machining processes. This position requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications
• Read and interpret technical blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Adjust machine settings to ensure proper dimensions and tolerances are met
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
• Check and verify the quality of finished products using precision measuring tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent, technical education is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC machines
• Strong understanding of machining processes and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• Proficient in using precision measuring tools
• Familiarity with G-code programming is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
