Job Title: Quality Assurance Tester

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tester to join our dynamic team. As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products before they are released to the market. You will work closely with our development team to identify and report any bugs or defects, as well as collaborate with our project managers to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough testing of our software products to identify any bugs, defects, or issues.
• Create and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
• Work closely with the development team to understand project specifications and identify potential areas for testing.
• Utilize various testing methods, including manual and automated testing, to ensure the quality and functionality of our products.
• Document and report any bugs or defects found during testing, and work with the development team to resolve these issues.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure that our products meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Continuously monitor and improve the quality assurance process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and new testing methods to improve our testing processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools, such as Selenium, JMeter, or similar.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
