Job Title: Avionics Technician

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Avionics Technician to join our dynamic team. As an Avionics Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting avionics systems in various aircrafts. You will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure that all avionics equipment is operating at its optimal level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in avionics systems and possess excellent technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair avionics systems such as communication, navigation, and flight control systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose avionics issues using various tools and techniques.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of avionics equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of avionics systems.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to effectively troubleshoot and repair avionics systems.
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to develop solutions for complex avionics problems.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on avionics systems.
• Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and attend training programs to enhance technical skills.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in avionics is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Avionics Technician in the aviation industry.
• Strong knowledge of avionics systems and their components.
• Proficient in using testing and diagnostic equipment.
• Familiarity with FAA regulations and safety protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
