Position: Production Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.

• Maintain production records and prepare reports on production and quality metrics for management review.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure that production processes and procedures are being followed accurately.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to source and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials and equipment.

• Manage budget and expenses related to production, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
