Job Title: Production Supervisor

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in production management and possess strong leadership skills. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of our production facility, ensuring production targets are met and quality standards are maintained
• Develop and implement production schedules to optimize output and minimize downtime
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Train and coach production team members to ensure adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering and quality control, to implement process improvements and resolve issues
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure efficient use of raw materials and supplies
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and high morale among production employees

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
