Job Overview: As a Community Outreach Liaison, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with community organizations, businesses, and individuals to promote our programs and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for community outreach efforts and will play a crucial role in increasing our visibility and impact in the community. This is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires excellent communication, organizational, and networking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive community outreach strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives
• Identify and build relationships with key community stakeholders, including businesses, schools, non-profit organizations, and other community partners
• Plan and coordinate outreach events and activities, such as workshops, presentations, and community fairs, to promote our programs and services
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and messaging for community outreach initiatives
• Utilize social media and other digital platforms to engage with the community and promote our organization's mission and impact
• Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and conferences to increase awareness and support for our programs and services
• Serve as a liaison between the organization and the community, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
• Track and report on the success of community outreach efforts, including data on engagement, reach, and impact
• Stay informed about community needs, trends, and opportunities, and make recommendations for new outreach strategies and partnerships
• Act as an ambassador for the organization, promoting our values and building positive relationships with community members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community outreach, marketing, or public relations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Proven track record of successful community outreach initiatives
• Familiarity with social media and other digital marketing tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for making a positive impact in the community
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
