Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement water conservation programs and initiatives to reduce water usage and increase efficiency
Conduct site assessments to identify opportunities for water conservation and make recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement conservation plans and policies
Monitor and analyze water usage data to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Educate and engage the community on the importance of water conservation and provide resources for sustainable water usage practices
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in water conservation methods and technologies
Prepare and present reports on water usage and conservation efforts to management and other stakeholders
Develop and maintain relationships with local and state agencies, water utilities, and other organizations to support conservation efforts

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in environmental science, natural resource management, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in water conservation, preferably in a municipal or government setting
Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to water conservation
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make recommendations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for environmental sustainability and a strong understanding of water conservation principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software
Experience with GIS and water metering systems is a plus
