Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative E-Learning Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and designing e-learning courses, modules, and materials for our company's training programs. You will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and project managers to create engaging and effective e-learning content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, e-learning development tools, and a passion for creating interactive and innovative learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and design effective e-learning courses and materials.
• Develop engaging and interactive e-learning modules using various development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create effective learning experiences.
• Create and edit audio and video content for e-learning courses.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure course functionality and user experience.
• Work closely with the project team to meet project timelines and deliver high-quality training materials.
• Continuously research and implement new e-learning technologies and strategies to enhance the learning experience.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for e-learning courses and materials.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency and best practices in e-learning development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-learning development.
• Proficiency in e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Experience creating audio and video content for e-learning courses.
• Excellent project management and time management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
