Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and analyze curriculum needs for various educational programs.
Design and develop curriculum materials, including lesson plans, activities, assessments, and multimedia resources.
Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Conduct research and stay current with industry trends and best practices in curriculum development.
Implement quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of curriculum materials.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of curriculum materials.
Review and evaluate existing curriculum materials for continuous improvement.
Provide training and support to instructors on the implementation of new curriculum materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology into curriculum materials.
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners for curriculum development initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories.
Experience with curriculum development for various educational programs, including online, blended, and in-person learning.
Proficient in the use of instructional design software and multimedia tools.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and consistency.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in curriculum development.
