Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the airport.
Oversee all airport activities, including air traffic control, security, customer service, and ground handling.
Manage and lead a team of airport staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and safety standards.
Collaborate with airlines, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the airport is meeting their needs and expectations.
Manage the airport's budget and resources, making strategic decisions to optimize financial performance.
Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities, government agencies, and community members.
Handle any emergency situations that may arise and implement contingency plans when necessary.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and make recommendations for improvements and updates to airport operations.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure the airport is in compliance with all regulations and standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in airport management, with a strong understanding of airport operations, regulations, and safety standards.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and resources.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations with professionalism and composure.
Knowledge of airport management software and systems.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
