Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement automation strategies and solutions to streamline business processes and increase efficiency.
Identify opportunities for automation within the organization and work with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for automation projects.
Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and scripts using various automation software and tools.
Conduct regular testing and troubleshooting to ensure the accuracy and functionality of automation systems.
Monitor and analyze automation processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Train end-users on the use of automation tools and provide ongoing support to optimize their usage.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automation technology to continuously improve processes and systems within the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation, process improvement, or related field.
Strong understanding of automation principles and methodologies.
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
Knowledge of databases and SQL is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of successfully implementing automation solutions.
