Job Description: CinemaStars is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Quality Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Data Quality Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data within our organization. You will work closely with various teams to identify and remediate data quality issues, as well as implement processes and procedures to maintain high-quality data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data quality standards and procedures for the organization.
• Monitor and analyze data quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data quality issues and provide solutions.
• Implement data quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop and maintain data quality reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Conduct data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues through data cleansing, standardization, and enrichment.
• Develop and maintain data quality scorecards to track progress and measure the effectiveness of data quality initiatives.
• Provide data quality training and support to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in data quality management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data quality management.
• Strong understanding of data quality concepts, tools, and techniques.
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with data quality tools such as Informatica, Talend, or Trillium.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
