Job Title: Site Supervisor

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of construction sites. You will work closely with the project manager to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors on site.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Monitor progress and productivity of construction activities and take necessary actions to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate with project manager to schedule the delivery of materials and equipment to the site.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to the required quality standards.
• Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on site.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including progress, materials used, and labor hours.
• Communicate with project manager, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all workers on site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a site supervisor in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using project management software and MS Office.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
• Must be able to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
