Consult Catalyst is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Consulting Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Consulting Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing strategic solutions for our clients and driving the success of our consulting projects. Working closely with our clients and our internal team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end consulting process, from initial client engagement to project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage consulting projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact and understanding their business needs.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of client operations and provide strategic recommendations to improve efficiency and drive growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for each client, leveraging a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure successful project delivery.
• Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market trends, proactively identifying new business opportunities and providing thought leadership to clients and the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in management consulting, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and client relationship management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop innovative solutions.
• Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• A strategic mindset and a strong business acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
