Position: Package Delivery Associate

Overview: As a Package Delivery Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of packages to our customers. You will be responsible for loading, unloading, and delivering packages while providing exceptional customer service. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload packages onto delivery vehicles according to assigned route
• Sort and scan packages for accurate tracking and delivery
• Safely operate delivery vehicles and follow all traffic laws
• Deliver packages to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate with customers to confirm delivery and address any concerns or issues
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Adhere to company safety standards and procedures
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Experience in package delivery or related field preferred
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with GPS devices and basic computer skills
• Detail-oriented and able to follow delivery instructions accurately
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
