You will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of program development, from initial conception to final execution. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify program needs and develop comprehensive program plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program development or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing programs.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
