Job Title: UX/UI Designer

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user experience. You will work closely with our product team to understand user needs and design solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into design solutions
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and best practices
• Conduct usability testing and make necessary improvements based on user feedback
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Proven work experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and thought process
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, etc.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
