Position: Curriculum Specialist

Location: Cusco, Peru

Employment Type: Contract to hire

Salary Range: EUR: €50,000 - €85,000 per year

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Curriculum Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives. You will work closely with our instructional design team to create engaging and effective learning materials that meet the needs of our diverse learner population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives
• Collaborate with instructional design team to create engaging and effective learning materials
• Conduct research to identify best practices and industry trends in curriculum development
• Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of current curriculum and make recommendations for improvement
• Provide support and guidance to instructors on curriculum implementation and delivery
• Develop and maintain relationships with subject matter experts to ensure curriculum accuracy and relevance
• Monitor and evaluate curriculum to ensure it meets the needs of our diverse learner population
• Stay updated on education standards and regulations to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure curriculum integration and alignment with overall organizational objectives
• Develop and deliver training and professional development for instructors on curriculum-related topics
• Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in curriculum development and delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience working with diverse learner populations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Passion for education and a strong commitment to continuous learning and development
