Position: Technology Director

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technology Director to lead and oversee our company's technological operations. As the Technology Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our technological capabilities and ensure the smooth functioning of our technical systems. You will be working closely with various teams to identify and address any technological needs and challenges, while also proactively seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's technology strategy in alignment with overall business goals
• Lead and manage the technology team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support
• Identify and evaluate new technologies to enhance business operations and improve efficiency
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new technology solutions
• Ensure the security and integrity of our technological systems and data
• Monitor and analyze technology performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technological needs and challenges
• Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, and drive initiatives to implement them
• Manage and allocate resources, including budget, for technology projects and initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and make recommendations for their adoption within the company

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technology leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing technology strategies
• Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity
• Experience in managing and leading a team, with excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to think strategically and analytically, and to make data-driven decisions
• Adept at managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
