The ideal candidate for this position must have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain machinery according to company standards and safety guidelines.
• Set up machines and adjust settings to ensure efficient and accurate production.
• Monitor machinery during operation to identify any issues or malfunctions and troubleshoot as needed.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet the required specifications.
• Keep accurate records of production and maintenance activities.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and quality control.
• Report any equipment or product-related issues to the supervisor.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or a similar role.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Basic math skills and the ability to use measuring tools.
• Proficiency in operating various types of machinery and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as needed.
