Key Responsibilities:

Operate food processing equipment, such as mixers, grinders, ovens, and packaging machines, following safety protocols and production standards.
Set up and adjust machinery to produce specific products, ensuring quality and consistency.
Monitor the production process and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify and troubleshoot any issues, and perform routine maintenance as needed.
Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed, including proper handling and storage of ingredients and finished products.
Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Keep detailed records of production data, including quantities produced, equipment maintenance, and any issues encountered.
Continuously seek ways to improve production processes and suggest new ideas for product development.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience in food processing preferred.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Familiarity with operating and maintaining food processing equipment.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
