About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical Data QA Specialist to join our growing team. As a Data QA Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our company's data. Your main goal will be to identify and report any discrepancies or errors in the data through various testing methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
• Develop and maintain data quality standards and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data issues and implement solutions
• Conduct data audits and create reports to track data quality metrics
• Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and trends
• Develop and maintain data validation and testing scripts
• Participate in data migration projects and provide quality assurance support
• Create and maintain data dictionaries and data mapping documents
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in data quality assurance
• Train and mentor junior data QA team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data quality assurance or a similar role
• Strong understanding of data quality concepts and methodologies
• Experience with SQL and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of data governance and data management principles
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus
