Job Title: Armed Protection Agent

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and trained Armed Protection Agent to join our team. As an Armed Protection Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their property. This position requires the ability to handle high-pressure situations, make quick and accurate decisions, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience in law enforcement or military and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide armed protection services to clients, including but not limited to executive protection, estate security, and event security.
• Conduct thorough security assessments and develop customized security plans for clients.
• Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent and detect potential security threats.
• Respond to emergency situations and take appropriate action to ensure the safety of clients and their property.
• Maintain proper documentation and log of all security activities.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Continuously update and improve security protocols to ensure the highest level of protection for clients.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in law enforcement, military, or private security.
• Must possess a valid armed security license and be certified to carry firearms.
• Strong physical and mental fitness, with the ability to handle and resolve high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
