Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity
Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights
Use statistical tools and techniques to build predictive models and perform data forecasting
Monitor data quality and identify areas for improvement, implementing necessary changes to ensure accuracy and consistency
Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance and data security
Identify and recommend new data sources and tools to enhance data collection and analysis capabilities
Communicate complex data findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and performance measurement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Knowledge of data governance and compliance regulations is a plus
