Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Listing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and promoting the sale or rental of properties under our portfolio. The ideal candidate has a strong background in real estate, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful listings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to determine the best listing price for properties
• Create and maintain accurate and attractive property listings on various platforms
• Develop marketing strategies to attract potential buyers/ renters and generate leads
• Coordinate and conduct property showings and open houses
• Communicate with clients and keep them informed about the progress of their listings
• Negotiate and facilitate the closing process for successful listings
• Work closely with other departments such as marketing, legal, and finance to ensure smooth transactions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the real estate market
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to cross-sell and promote other properties

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business or related field
• 5 years of experience as a Listing Specialist or similar role in the real estate industry
• Proven track record of successful listings and sales/ rentals
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using various listing platforms and tools
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Valid real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one)
