Job Title: Commuter Services Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commuter Services Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of commuter programs and services for our company. You will work closely with various departments to ensure efficient and effective transportation options for our employees, while also promoting sustainable and eco-friendly practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with external transportation providers, such as public transit agencies, ride-sharing companies, and carpool services, to negotiate contracts and secure the best rates for our employees
• Collaborate with internal departments, such as Human Resources and Facilities, to understand the needs of our employees and identify opportunities for commuter programs and services
• Design and implement a comprehensive commuter benefits program, including subsidies for public transportation, carpool incentives, and bike-to-work initiatives
• Monitor and analyze data on employee commuting patterns and usage of transportation services, and make recommendations for improvements and cost savings
• Develop and manage a budget for commuter services, ensuring cost-effective solutions that align with company goals and values
• Create and distribute educational materials and resources to promote sustainable and eco-friendly commuting options for employees
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in commuter services, and make recommendations for implementing new technologies and programs to enhance the employee experience
• Plan and execute events and campaigns to raise awareness and participation in commuter programs and services
• Build and maintain relationships with local government agencies and organizations to stay informed about changes in transportation policies and regulations that may impact our company
• Lead a team of commuter services coordinators and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the success of the department

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation management, commuter services, or a related field
• Strong understanding of public transportation systems and policies
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
• Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Passion for sustainability and promoting eco-friendly practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software
