Job Title: Flight Attendant

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Flight Attendant. As a Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers during their flight. This role requires excellent communication skills, exceptional customer service, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet passengers as they board the aircraft and assist with finding their seats
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and provide safety instructions to passengers
• Serve food, beverages, and snacks to passengers during the flight
• Respond to passenger requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the aircraft cabin
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking the aircraft
• Handle emergency situations and provide first aid, if necessary
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure a smooth and enjoyable flight experience for passengers
• Maintain accurate records of passenger counts and any incidents during the flight
• Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age of 21 years old
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
