Position: Dining Room Server

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Dining Room Server to join our team. As a Dining Room Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to our guests in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them accurately into the POS system
• Serve food and beverages to guests according to established standards
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
• Clear and reset tables in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized dining room area
• Assist with stocking and replenishing supplies as needed
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall dining experience for our guests

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Strong time-management skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time
