Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement educational programs, including curriculum design, course development, and delivery methods.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify educational needs, objectives, and content for programs.
Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of program instructors and facilitators.
Ensure the quality and effectiveness of program materials and delivery methods.
Monitor program progress and evaluate outcomes to make necessary adjustments and improvements.
Develop and manage program budgets, including forecasting and cost analysis.
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to promote and market educational programs.
Maintain relationships with external partners, such as schools, universities, and community organizations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education and program management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Program Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in education program management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of curriculum design, instructional methodologies, and educational technologies.
Proficient in project management principles and tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proven experience in managing budgets and resources.
