Responsibilities:

Conduct sustainability assessments and audits for clients to identify areas for improvement and potential risks.
Develop and implement sustainability strategies, policies, and procedures for clients, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
Collaborate with clients to set sustainability goals and targets, and track progress towards meeting them.
Provide guidance and support to clients on sustainability reporting, including gathering and analyzing data and preparing reports.
Stay updated on current sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices to provide the most relevant and effective solutions to clients.
Conduct research and analysis to identify sustainable business opportunities for clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices into business operations and processes.
Develop and deliver sustainability training and workshops to clients and internal teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve their sustainability goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sustainability consulting or a related field.
Extensive knowledge of sustainability principles, practices, and regulations.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and effectively present ideas and information.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and sustainability reporting software.
Passion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment.
