Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Curriculum Specialist, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing innovative curriculum materials for our educational programs. Your expertise in curriculum design, instructional strategies, and educational technologies will be essential in designing and delivering high-quality curriculum to meet the needs of our diverse student population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive and cohesive curriculum for all grade levels and subjects, ensuring alignment with state and national standards.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, teachers, and instructional designers to design and implement effective curriculum materials and resources.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends and best practices in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Create and revise curriculum documents, including scope and sequence, lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials.
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and technologies to engage students and enhance their learning experience.
• Train and support teachers in the implementation of curriculum materials and instructional strategies.
• Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of curriculum materials and make necessary revisions to improve student outcomes.
• Monitor and analyze student performance data to inform curriculum development and instructional practices.
• Collaborate with other Curriculum Specialists to ensure consistency and coherence across all grade levels and subjects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Extensive knowledge of curriculum design principles, instructional strategies, and educational technologies.
• Strong understanding of state and national standards and their integration into curriculum development.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Experience in leading professional development sessions for teachers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
