Position: Network Infrastructure Manager

Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Infrastructure Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Network Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our company's network infrastructure. This is a critical role, as our network infrastructure is the backbone of our operations and supports all aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement network infrastructure solutions to support business needs and requirements
• Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency
• Develop and maintain network security policies and procedures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities
• Lead a team of network infrastructure engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technologies that will enhance network performance and support business growth
• Evaluate and recommend hardware and software upgrades to improve network performance and security
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for network infrastructure management
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts, including negotiating pricing and service level agreements
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in network infrastructure technology, and make recommendations for incorporating new tools and processes into our infrastructure

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network infrastructure management, preferably in a large enterprise environment
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructure solutions
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and wireless
• Experience with network security, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and vulnerability management
• Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing and developing a team
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools, such as SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, or similar
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CISSP are highly desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions
