Job Title: Industrial Machinery Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Machinery Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Industrial Machinery Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving industrial machinery and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of mechanical design principles, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation, a keen eye for detail, and a strong drive to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and improving industrial machinery and equipment, including but not limited to conveyor systems, packaging machines, and robotic systems.
• Conducting research, analyzing data, and developing prototypes to test new designs and processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and technicians, to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
• Conducting site visits to gather information and assess the feasibility of new designs.
• Creating and maintaining accurate technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and manuals.
• Identifying and solving technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
• Staying up-to-date with industry advancements, new technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial machinery design and development.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, including statics, dynamics, and materials.
• Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
• Experience with simulation and analysis software, such as ANSYS or MATLAB.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO and OSHA.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and project meetings.
