Olympus Poly Science University is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Specialist to join our team. Our company is a leader in providing educational solutions to schools, districts, and educators across the country. As a Curriculum Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing high-quality curriculum and instructional materials that align with our company's mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review curriculum materials, including scope and sequence, lesson plans, assessments, and supplementary resources, for various subject areas and grade levels.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other team members to ensure curriculum materials are standards-aligned, engaging, and accessible for all learners.
• Conduct research and stay updated on current educational trends, best practices, and standards to inform curriculum development and revisions.
• Train and support teachers and instructional coaches on the implementation of curriculum materials, including providing guidance on instructional strategies, differentiation, and assessment practices.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum materials and make recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and deliver professional development sessions, webinars, and other resources to promote the use of our company's curriculum materials.
• Provide support and guidance to schools and districts on curriculum adoption, implementation, and customization.
• Attend and present at conferences, workshops, and other professional development opportunities to represent our company and share expertise in curriculum development and implementation.
• Collaborate with other departments within the company, including product development, quality assurance, and customer support, to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for our clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or related field.
• Knowledge of curriculum design and development principles, instructional strategies, and assessment practices.
• Strong understanding of educational standards and their implementation in curriculum materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information in a clear and engaging manner.
• Proven experience in training and supporting educators.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with curriculum management systems is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
