Position: Non-Profit Program Manager at XR Today

Overview: As the Non-Profit Program Manager at XR Today, you will play a critical role in leading and managing our organization's programs and initiatives. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement programs that support our mission and drive positive impact in the community. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong leader with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage programs and initiatives that align with XR Today's mission and goals
• Collaborate with team members to identify program needs and opportunities
• Create program budgets and manage expenses to ensure financial sustainability
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and volunteers
• Recruit and manage program staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support as needed
• Develop and implement program evaluation strategies to measure impact and success
• Create and maintain program documentation, including reports, proposals, and communications
• Represent XR Today at events, conferences, and other networking opportunities
• Stay informed about developments and trends in the XR industry and apply this knowledge to program development
• Continuously seek opportunities for program growth and improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as non-profit management, social work, or communications)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, preferably in a non-profit setting
• Strong understanding of XR technology and its potential for social impact
• Proven track record of developing and managing successful programs
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with budget management and financial reporting
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders

Working Conditions:

• This is a Full-time position based at our headquarters in New York, New York, United States
• Occasional evening and weekend work may be required for events and meetings
• Some travel may be required for conferences and networking opportunities
