Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations for our properties, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations
Develop and implement property budgets, track expenses, and ensure properties are meeting financial goals
Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues
Oversee leasing process, including marketing, screening potential tenants, and negotiating lease agreements
Maintain a high level of tenant satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and cost-effective services for the properties
Develop and maintain relationships with local community organizations and agencies to enhance the reputation and visibility of our properties
Monitor and enforce compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
Regularly communicate with property owners to provide updates on property performance and address any concerns or requests
Prepare and present regular reports on property performance to senior management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, preferably in a multi-unit residential setting
Strong understanding of property management principles, practices, and laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, owners, and team members
Proven ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
