Key Responsibilities:

Collect and enter data into appropriate databases
Verify data and correct any discrepancies
Generate reports and perform data analysis to identify patterns and trends
Update and maintain existing databases with new and revised information
Ensure data entries are accurate, complete, and in compliance with company standards
Create and maintain data backup and retrieval procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data management processes and systems
Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner
Conduct routine database maintenance to ensure optimal performance
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in data management
Train and support other team members on database usage and procedures

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Proven experience as a Database Clerk or similar role
Proficient in database management systems such as Microsoft SQL, Oracle, and MySQL
Strong knowledge of data entry and management procedures
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
