HealthCare Access is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Practice Director to join our team. As the Medical Practice Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administration of our medical practice. This is a key leadership role within our organization, and we are looking for a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing medical practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the goals and objectives of the medical practice
• Manage and oversee the financial performance of the practice, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and laws
• Supervise and lead a team of medical and administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Create and maintain a positive working environment for all staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including physicians, staff, patients, and external partners
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the practice
• Oversee the implementation of new technologies and processes to enhance patient care and streamline operations
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Manage relationships with external partners, including insurance companies, vendors, and suppliers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a medical practice
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in managing and developing a team
• Experience with budgeting and financial management
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in using technology and systems to improve practice operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred
