Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Travel Agent to join our team and assist our clients in planning their dream vacations. You will be responsible for creating custom travel itineraries, booking flights, accommodations, and activities, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for our clients. As a Travel Agent, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and destinations, and use your expertise to curate unique and personalized travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs
• Create custom travel itineraries based on client requirements and budget
• Book flights, accommodations, and activities for clients using various booking platforms and systems
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel restrictions
• Offer travel insurance, car rentals, and other travel-related services to enhance the client's travel experience
• Handle all inquiries and concerns from clients before, during, and after their trip
• Monitor and manage bookings to ensure timely payments and confirmations
• Stay updated with industry trends and changes in travel regulations to provide the best advice and recommendations to clients
• Collaborate with other team members and suppliers to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all travel bookings and client interactions
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's revenue

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Travel Agent or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel regulations
• Proficient in using various booking platforms and systems
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changing travel trends and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or relevant field (preferred)
