Job Title: Infrastructure Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to join our growing team. As the Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our company's infrastructure. This includes managing our network, servers, storage, and other hardware and software systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and proven experience in managing complex infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a strategic plan for the company's infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all infrastructure components
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Ensure the security and integrity of all systems and data
• Manage a team of IT professionals responsible for maintaining and supporting the infrastructure
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure the company's infrastructure needs are met
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in infrastructure technology to make recommendations for improvement
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Create and maintain documentation related to the company's infrastructure, including standard operating procedures and policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing infrastructure projects
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of network, server, and storage systems
• Experience with virtualization, cloud computing, and other emerging technologies
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance regulations
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or ITIL are a plus
