- Conduct thorough research on various topics to ensure the accuracy and relevancy of content.
- Ensure that all content adheres to the company's style guide and maintains a consistent tone and voice.
- Optimize content for SEO purposes, including keyword research and implementation.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in writing and editing.
- Monitor and analyze content performance to make data-driven decisions for future content creation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Content Editor or similar role.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Familiarity with SEO and keyword research.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficient in using editing and proofreading tools such as Grammarly and AP Stylebook.
- Knowledge of content management systems and basic HTML is a plus.
