Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dairy Processing Technician to join our team in Kyrenia, Cyprus. As a Dairy Processing Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our dairy products through the processing and production stages. This is an entry-level position that offers opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain dairy processing equipment, such as pasteurizers, separators, homogenizers, and fillers
• Monitor and adjust processing parameters to ensure product quality and consistency
• Conduct regular tests and evaluations to ensure products meet industry standards and regulations
• Follow proper sanitation and hygiene practices to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Maintain accurate records of production and quality control measures
• Assist in the development and implementation of new processing techniques and procedures
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies
• Continuously monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is a plus
• Knowledge of dairy products and processing techniques is preferred
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and instructions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
