Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Recruiter to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the organization.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job postings, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the company culture.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and track progress throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks and background checks for selected candidates.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
