Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design innovative, engaging, and standards-based curriculum for various educational programs
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure curriculum aligns with learning objectives and instructional goals
Conduct thorough research and analysis of educational trends and best practices to inform curriculum development
Utilize instructional design principles and strategies to create effective and interactive learning experiences
Create and review assessments to measure student learning and provide feedback to improve curriculum
Collaborate with instructional designers, graphic designers, and multimedia specialists to enhance curriculum with digital and multimedia components
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of curriculum with industry standards and requirements
Assist in the implementation and evaluation of curriculum, making necessary revisions and updates as needed
Train and support teachers and instructors on the effective use of curriculum and instructional materials
Monitor and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of curriculum and make recommendations for improvement
Stay current with emerging technologies and instructional approaches to continuously enhance curriculum and instruction
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in curriculum development and instructional design

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Instructional Design, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and best practices
Experience with learning management systems and educational technology tools
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines
Passion for education and a commitment to creating high-quality curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners
