About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organizational Change Management Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an Organizational Change Management Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and managing change initiatives within our organization. You will work closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement change management strategies that support our business objectives and drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage organizational change initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of change within the organization
• Develop and implement change management strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational success
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and assess the impact of change on the organization, and develop plans to mitigate potential risks
• Conduct change readiness assessments and develop plans to address any identified gaps
• Create and deliver change management training programs to build change capability within the organization
• Develop and implement communication plans to ensure effective communication of change initiatives to all stakeholders
• Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to enable them to effectively lead their teams through change
• Monitor and track progress of change initiatives, and provide regular updates to senior leadership
• Identify and engage change champions within the organization to support and drive change initiatives
• Continuously evaluate and improve change management processes and tools to ensure effectiveness and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, preferably in a consulting role
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing change initiatives within organizations
• Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
• Change management certification (e.g. Prosci, CCMP) is a plus
