Job Title: Faith Community Outreach Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Faith Community Outreach Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with faith-based organizations and communities to promote and support our mission. As a key member of the outreach team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage and build relationships with faith-based organizations and communities
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute outreach programs and events
• Identify and cultivate new partnerships with faith-based organizations to expand our reach and impact
• Serve as a liaison between our organization and faith-based communities, providing support and resources as needed
• Plan and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other events to educate and inform faith-based communities about our services and programs
• Develop and maintain a database of faith-based organizations and contacts for outreach efforts
• Monitor and track outreach activities and report on progress and outcomes to the outreach team
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach materials and messaging targeted towards faith-based communities
• Stay up-to-date on current trends and issues within faith-based communities to inform outreach efforts
• Represent our organization at community events and conferences to promote our mission and engage with potential faith-based partners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in outreach or community engagement, preferably in a faith-based setting
• Strong knowledge and understanding of various faith-based communities and organizations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and engage with diverse audiences
• Proven experience in event planning and execution
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM systems
• Passion for our mission and a desire to make a positive impact in the community
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Working Conditions:

• This is a Full-time position (40 hours/week), with occasional evening and weekend work required for events and community outreach activities
• Must be able to travel locally and occasionally nationally for conferences and events
• The role may require standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
