Key Responsibilities:

Execute court orders such as evictions, foreclosures, and seizure of property
Provide security for courtrooms and judges by monitoring entrances and exits, maintaining order, and responding to any disturbances
Escort prisoners to and from court hearings and other related appointments
Maintain accurate records of all court orders, documents, and activities
Coordinate with law enforcement agencies to serve warrants and subpoenas
Attend court hearings and provide support to judges and attorneys as needed
Collect and disburse fees, fines, and bond payments as directed by the court
Assist in the transportation of evidence and other important documents to and from court hearings
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times while interacting with court personnel, legal professionals, and the general public

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or a related field is preferred
Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record
Ability to handle and maintain firearms in accordance with state and federal regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting and carrying heavy objects and standing for long periods of time
