Position Title: Technology Architect

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Technology Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our technology infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of current and emerging technologies, as well as the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain technology architecture roadmap to support business goals and objectives
• Analyze business requirements and develop technical solutions to address them
• Design, develop, and implement technology solutions, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure
• Ensure technology solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of technology solutions
• Conduct research and evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, configuration specifications, and user guides
• Monitor and troubleshoot technology systems to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and end-users
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in technology architecture, design, and implementation
• Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, virtualization, and mobile technologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proven experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation
• Knowledge of information security best practices and regulatory requirements
